Abstract

Covid-19 attack rate on people and health workers are higher and higher. Covid-19 guideline for people was released by World Health Organization and Indonesian Government and had promoted through mass media such as television, social media, and even by our community directly. The aim of this study was to analyze factor associated with covid-19 guidelines practice among nursing students. This research used cross sectional study that consist of 150 nursing students. The Independent variable were sex, age, domicile and knowledge about covid-19, the dependent variable was covid-19 guidelines practice. Data taken by online survey system and informed consent was attached. And then, the data was analyzed by pearson correlation test. The result showed that p-values > 0.05 for sex, age and domicile variables, hence there were no significance correlation between sex, age and domicile with covid-19 guidelines practice, meanwhile the p-value for knowledge was 0.0.49 (<0.05) it’s meant that there was significance correlation between knowledge with covid-19 guidelines practice. Age, sex, domicile did not make students applying covid-19 guideline. Some of them still went to crowded place, did not wear the mask and did not social distancing. It has affected to covid-19 incidence rate.
