Abstract

Intensity of emulation the high push the company to the workplan and also do to evaluate to performance company. This research of performance PT. Oma Group Regional Surabaya Sidoarjo and Gresik by using Balanced Scorecard analysis to grater four in perspertive cover in : 1) perspective study and innovation, 2) perspective internal business process, 3) perspective customer, and 4) perspective finance. The result conclude that in general performance of company the fourth aspect of which measure not yet optimal which performance. Matter this show mean grate of each perspective 3 from 5 scale lickert. Mean of score each in perspective are : 1) In perspective study and innovation get the mean score 3,363. 2) In perspective internal business with score mean 3,043. 3) In perspective customer also have a lot for the weakness with mean score is 3,21. and 4) In perspective financial meanof score 3,662, that is represent in perspective which give best performance among perspective other.
