Abstract
Introduction: The patients of coronary heart disease who will get catheterization step while feeling unready, uncomfort, frequently asking question, afraid, stress and worry about the procedure that they will get through. This is due to the heart catheterization is an invasive step procedure which cause some psychological result for some patients. The objective of the study is to analyze The influence of moslem spiritual guidance combining with video education based on theory of comfort toward the comfortness in pre-catheterization to heart disease patient. The method: This study used mixed methods exploratory. First step is descriptive qualitative research using case study approach then the second step is Quasy-Experimental research using pre posttest control group design approach. The sampling taken by nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling type using 6 respondents on first step and 60 respondents on second step consist of 30 respondents for intervention group and 30 others for controlling. Independence variable for moslem spiritual guidance combining with video education. Independence variable of the comfortness in pre-catheterization to heart disease patient. Instrument of the study are observation paper and questioner . Analysis of the study are paired t test and independent t-test with significant score α < 0.05. Result: The result of the study shows that the intervention of moslem spiritual guidance combining with video education increase the comfortness (p=0.02). Discussion: The intervention of moslem spiritual guidance combining with video education help to increase the comfortness in pre-catheterization to heart disease patient.
